Junk Food or Health

Every day I try to eat healthy food. However there is a cafeteria in my job and sometimes these foods buried me and I decided go out. Many times I do not have enough times to eat and I have junk food, but I know that this food is not healthy. Twice a week I have to eat a Junk food. Although I am a slim person and healthy I guess¡¡.

People must eat some fruits, vegetables and beef because people need enough proteins, but try to not eat a lot beef because it could be danger for
cloister and our hear. Another things that people can be to get a good health is practice some sport and sleep 8 hours per day.

" Notting Hill"

Notting Hill is a Comedy and Romantic Nobel. Their character principals are Julie Roberts and Hung Grant.
William Thacker is a bookseller of London's Notting Hill neighborhood who lives in an apartment with Spike who is your best friend. One day the local movie star Anna Scott met to William in store. He didn´t know the true identity of Anna, she bought a book and William was surprise with her beautiful. After, they had a small accident, which makes the romance is born in them. It was almost impossible that Anna is in love with William because there was a very big difference in class between them. But William did all the impossible by being at his side. He also was advised by his closest friends. For me the most exciting in the movie, was when William and his friends were going to look for Anna and they found much traffic and his friend Spike was under the car to help move the traffic. If I have to change something in the novel or the book would be the role of William's friend in the bookstore. However I liked it a lot.

My Housework¡¡

When I was child, I made some housework: I washed my clothes, washed the dishes and cleaned my room. My favorite housework was making up the room because every day after I wake up I made my room; I always have my room in order. My mother and my father they were pay attention that I had my room in order. However my brothers and sisters younger than me, they have not worried for it. They didn´t like to do it never.

CHICHIRIVICHE

Today, I want to talk about Chichiriviche. It is a nice town in Venezuela localized to 3 hours from Caracas (Capital of Venezuela) by car. Chichiriviche is in Falcon State and Chichiriviche is Morrocoy´s National Park. It is a famous place because there are many beaches where you may go.There are: Cayo Muerto, Cayo Peraza, Cayo Sal and Cayo Pelón. (“The cayos” are small islands). During day you must visit any those places if you want take a sunny day and swim in sea Caribbean beaches. How you go there? You can rent a small ship from Chichiriviche pier. It should make a tour around all the cayos and you stay one. At the day of end, they can pick up you and go back you Hotel. It is another important things¡, if you have a short Holliday (weekend) you must be a reservation on time because it is visited many people during weekend, and you should make booking hotel before get there. At night, you can visit Chichiriviche of Boulevard and buy something souvenirs or have a dinner in any restaurant in Chichiriviche because all of them have a good food, I recommend you sea foods: lobsters, shrimps, Oysters and fishes. What kind of gagdets I would like?

On the Last times the technology has number gadgets in the market, there are: iPhone, iTouch, iPod, laptop, Mp3, Mp4, etc; each one has different characteristics. Additionally every year they are better and there is a new version for us. When we want to buy a gadget, we need to know what we are going to do with that. Ex: I would like a buy a iPhone, because this gadget permit me save a lot of song, contacts, videos and I can uses that as a phone at the same time. In contrast if I buy iPod, I can save songs, videos and pictures, but I cannot use it as a phone because it isn´t. However iPod has more capacity saving and I can save more information that iPhone, but I rather iPhone because is the last gadget in the market.

My Pet

If I could choose any animal in the world as a pet, I choose a parrot named “Loro Blanco”. It´s a beauty pet. I have known green and red parrots, but this parrot has an unusual color. This parrot is white. Have you seem anyone before? NO¡¡¡. Well the first time that I see one, I was surprise because I´ve never seem one. This is not a traditional animal and many people would like to have one, but if each people have one is possible that “Loro Blanco” is going to be endangered. I recommend that people visit many web sites on internet where you can find videos, screensaver, and a lot of pictures of white parrots. However we help with this action to save white parrots.

The Nickle Arts Museum

The Nickle Arts Museum is a great place to visit in Calgary. Currently there are three exhibitions .The Nickle Coin Collection is a permanent display at the museum, it is on the main floor. Also there is an exhibition from Ted Godwin. This exhibition is named The Regina Five Years 1957-1967, it there is from 26 September to 7 November 2008. Barbara Milne has an exhibition named Overland, it there is from 03 October 2008 to 17 January 2009. John Murchie has an exhibition named Days Our Lives, but this exhibition will finish on October 18th. Upstairs at the museum is an exhibition named Moral Fibres: Textiles from the Nickle Collections, it will be there through fall 2008.
